What we collect.
When you inquire or become a client, we collect your name, company and facility details (name, address, country), contact email and phone, FEI if known, brands and product categories, and signed authorization documents. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it.
To perform our service: filing your FDA cosmetic facility registration and serving as your U.S. agent, and communicating with you and the FDA on your behalf.
Where it goes.
Your data is stored in our business email (Outlook) and, where applicable, our website database on our US hosting server. It passes through our email-delivery provider (Brevo) and payment processor (Stripe). We share data with the FDA only as required for filings you approved. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it.
Active client records are kept while we represent you, then for 3 years after resignation (renewal, dispute, and legal record-keeping), unless law requires longer for financial records (7 years).
Your rights.
Email usmocra@outlook.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Where we must retain data by law or contract, we will tell you what we kept and why.
Security.
We use HTTPS, restricted admin access, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you promptly.
