Refund Policy
Onboarding fee ($450): Non-refundable once filing work begins. “Filing work begins” means we have started any of: FEI lookup or request, Cosmetics Direct submission preparation, or FDA filing for your facility. If you cancel before any filing work starts, the onboarding fee is refundable in full.
Monthly subscription ($34.99/month): All paid months are non-refundable. Subscription fees cover continuous U.S.-agent representation for that billing period, which cannot be undone retroactively.
Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback instead of requesting cancellation does not cancel your subscription. We will dispute chargebacks with our service records (agreement, filing logs, and communications).
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel at any time:
- Cancellation stops the next monthly charge. It takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
- Your current paid month runs to its end — the charged month is not refunded.
- Automatic resignation: When your paid representation period ends, we automatically and formally resign as your facility’s U.S. agent in the FDA system. This is not optional and not silent — it is a formal step, because FDA requires every foreign facility to have a designated U.S. agent.
- After resignation, you are responsible for designating a new U.S. agent. Operating without one may put your facility out of compliance with MoCRA.
Non-Payment
If a monthly payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If payment is not recovered, your subscription ends and the automatic resignation described above applies. We will never silently abandon your representation — you will always be told before resignation takes effect.
How to Cancel
Email us at usmocra@outlook.com with your facility name and the subject “Cancel subscription.” We confirm every cancellation in writing.
These terms are part of the U.S.-agent service agreement. They are written in plain language; the signed agreement controls in case of any difference.
