US MoCRA Agent is a private U.S.-agent service for foreign cosmetics facilities registering under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the FDA.
What we do
We serve as the U.S. agent named on FDA cosmetics facility registrations for facilities located outside the United States. As your agent, we receive and relay FDA communications, help keep your registration details current, and remain your listed agent for as long as your subscription is active.
Who it’s for
Cosmetics facilities outside the United States that manufacture or process cosmetic products distributed in the United States and need a U.S. agent for FDA facility registration.
How it works
After onboarding, we verify your facility details, confirm or request your Facility Establishment Identifier (FEI), and prepare your complete filing data pack. You review and sign the appointment letter — only then does a person submit your registration through FDA Cosmetics Direct. After filing, you receive a packet with what was filed, your FEI, the registration confirmation number, your renewal date, and your U.S.-agent contact card.
Every data pack, attestation, and filing is reviewed by a human before submission. Nothing is filed on autopilot, and we never reply to the FDA on your behalf without your explicit approval.
Continuous representation
Onboarding is a one-time $450, then $34.99 per month for continuous representation while subscribed. If you cancel or stop paying, we follow a formal resignation process — your facility appoints a replacement agent so you stay compliant.
